Regulations for the use of the CEU Rugby Barcelona facilities

General Regulations of UB Sports

IT IS MANDATORY:

To access the facilities, it is only possible during a concerted activity for which one has been summoned or is informed that it is open to the public. Whether it is training, matches or organized activities.

Respect the schedules corresponding to each activity.
Use sports clothing and footwear exclusively for sports practice. It is not allowed to access the field or other sports spaces with street shoes.
Respect the specific rules of use of each space and the maximum capacities established.
Follow the instructions of the staff responsible for the facility at all times.
Use the changing rooms to change clothes. It is not allowed to do so in any other space.
Make correct use of sports equipment, and return it to its place once used.
If the activity requires it, bring your own sports equipment.
Respect the decisions of the responsible staff regarding the appropriateness of using the field, especially in the event of rain or poor ground conditions.
Maintain the cleanliness and order of all facilities.
Run or ride only in authorized spaces and as long as they are not reserved or occupied by other activities.

NOT ALLOWED:

Smoking, eating or bringing drinks in glass containers into any sports space.
Performing a sports activity with the naked torso.
Consuming alcoholic beverages inside the premises.
Practising sports with children under 16 outside of activities specifically intended for them:
- Access to fitness rooms requires medical authorization.
- Use of the swimming pool (if applicable) requires adult supervision.
Talking too loudly, shouting or generating annoying noises that prevent the proper functioning of the activities.
Bringing glass objects or other fragile materials into sports areas or changing rooms.
Carrying out street vending.
The entry of animals, except dogs pigall accredited.
Organizing parties or celebrations without prior authorization from UB Sports.

VERY ATTENTION:

We ask that you keep an eye on your personal objects at all times. The University of Barcelona is not responsible for any possible loss or theft. It is always requested to use the spaces provided to leave bags and personal equipment.

Specific regulations for the use of the rugby field

IS MANDATORY

Respect the decision of the responsible personnel on the use of the field, including possible partial restrictions (for example, training only in the marked area) to preserve the safety of the players and the condition of the grass.
Wash boots in the boot wash before accessing the changing room building.

NOT ALLOWED

Eating peppers or nuts in shell on or near the playing field.
The use of the rugby field in the event of rain or too wet ground soft when indicated by the personnel responsible for the facilities.
Turning on the field lights to train behind the marked area.
The entry of unauthorized vehicles.
Drag sports equipment on the lawn.
Washing boots or clothes in the showers or sinks of the changing rooms.
