Last Saturday, May 16, CEU Rugby Barcelona took to the streets to celebrate the Spring Festivals. Invited by the Vallespir Street Festival Committee, we organized a children’s rugby workshop.
The youngest members of the school, our super S6 and S8, were doing a demonstration with their coaches. The activity was very well received by the children of the neighborhood who were walking there with their parents. Many of them joined in the training. Although many had never touched an oval ball before, they had a great time. We hope that they will come see us on May 30th at Club Day and come try out in September for the next season.
With this activity we want to remind everyone that we are CEU and we are a neighborhood. We sincerely thank the Party Committee for the invitation and the support of the families. We look forward to seeing you at Sitari to continue growing and, without a doubt, we will be there again next year!
