Given the recent institutional information about the future Campus de Salut Clínic – UB, from CEU Rugby Barcelona we want to convey a message of calm and confidence to all our players, families, members and followers:
Without immediate impact: The construction project for the new Hospital Clínic foresees the start of works beyond the year 2030. Therefore, our sporting activity at Sitari is guaranteed in the short and medium term. We have many rugby seasons ahead of us in our current home.
Working for the future: The club has already started. We are in direct and permanent contact with the Catalan Rugby Federation and the Barcelona City Council to work together on a solution that ensures the continuity and growth of CEU Rugby Barcelona in the long term.
A solid project: We are a federated club with a strong social base and a history rooted in the city. Our commitment is total: we will defend all our categories and ensure that the CEU continues to be a benchmark for training and competition rugby.
Total transparency: We will keep you informed of any relevant developments regarding the process. The unity of the entire CEU family is now, more than ever, our best tool.
The CEU Rugby Barcelona does not stop. We continue to train, we continue to play and we continue to grow.
