CEU Rugbi Barcelona and Barcelona Universitari Club (BUC) have reached a collaboration agreement
CEU Rugbi Barcelona and Barcelona Universitari Club (BUC) have reached a collaboration agreement under which our Under-18 players will play on loan with BUC’s U18 squad for the current season.
This decision addresses the current situation of CEU’s squad in this age group, which currently has a limited number of players. Nevertheless, the Club continues to work with the aim of bringing in more players over the coming weeks. Although this is a loan arrangement rather than a merger, we wish to emphasize that our players will maintain their identity and sense of belonging to CEU at all times.
The squads from both clubs are already training together and will share both facilities and coaching staff. This shared working arrangement ensures that the young athletes can continue to compete and develop in a suitable and challenging environment.
CEU Rugbi Barcelona would like to sincerely thank BUC for their willingness to collaborate. We are convinced that this experience will be highly enriching for both organizations and will contribute to the sporting and personal growth of our players.
