Today, we have the pleasure of interviewing David Soldevila, a committed and passionate father who has found the perfect way to combine two of his greatest hobbies: rugby and photography. David, father of Axel, a player in the U-10 category, has been involved with the Club for four seasons, and in this conversation, he will share how his passion for sports and capturing unique moments led him to become a volunteer photographer for his team.

Throughout the interview, we will learn why he decided to offer his time to the Club, what it’s like to collaborate with such a close-knit team, and his perspective on the impact volunteering can have on both the Club and his personal growth. Additionally, David will share his ideas on how to improve collaboration in his area and encourage other members of the Club to follow his example, emphasizing how rewarding it is to contribute your skills to the growth of such a special community.

Enthusiast.

What led you to volunteer?

Being able to combine two hobbies I’ve had for many years while collaborating with the Club by capturing unique moments.

What more do you think we could do at the Club regarding your volunteer work?

If one day there is a special occasion for a player or staff member, for whatever reason, I would like to know about it to take it into account.

What would you say to other members of the Club to encourage them to volunteer?

It is a historic and family-oriented Club with a great atmosphere, and a technical staff made up of very approachable people.

The values passed on to the players help them grow both in sports and in their personal lives.

Collaborating and helping the Club while having fun doing what you love is very rewarding.

I am sure that everyone can help with their knowledge and skills to help the Club grow.

Therefore, I encourage all parents, family members, and friends of the Club to cooperate and enjoy some great times.

Any help will be greatly appreciated!
