Returns and refund policy

Our refund and return policy is 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary items, hazardous materials or flammable liquids or gases.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable Software Products
  • Some health and personal care items

To complete the return, we need a receipt or proof of purchase.

Do not ship your purchase to the manufacturer.

There are situations where only partial refunds are granted:

  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette or vinyl record that has been opened.
  • Any item that is not in its original condition, damaged or missing parts due to reasons not due to our error.
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery


Once we have received and inspected your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within a specified time frame.

Late or missing refunds

If you still haven’t received a refund, please check your bank account again first.

Next, contact your credit card company; it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.

Then contact your bank. There is often a processing time before a refund is issued.

If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at {email address}.

Items for sale

Only regular priced items can be refunded. Sale items are non-refundable.


We only replace items if they are faulty or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please email us at {email address} and send it to: {physical address}.


If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Upon receipt of the returned item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or if the gift giver sent the order for delivery at a later date, we will issue a refund for the gift and your return will be reported .

Shipping returns

To return your product, you must ship your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs to return your item. Shipping charges are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to arrive may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item.
